Summary: We had a small group of friends in town and this location is amazing for a quiet weekend on the lake! Close to many of the local amenities, this house is tranquil and spacious. Great for sitting around enjoying the view.

Summary: We traveled 4+ hours to attend a wedding. We wanted to enjoy our immediate family under the same roof. The ten of us had ample room in this incredibly beautiful home! We enjoyed the hot tub, picnic table and the covered patio. We didn’t use the fireplace but did manage to grill on the outdoor gas grill. (It was the only thing lacking maintenance). All in all it was an exquisite facility, loved the settting amongst the trees as much as the lakeside views.

Summary: Great house and wonderful lake. Only issues were not enough towels and the sun coming in with no available shades. We ate dinner with hats on to avoid the sun at the inside table. The driveway needs to be upgraded also but I'd go back there again and my kids and grandkids loved it.

Summary: Excellent property, my family had such a terrific time. Young ones fished, caught several fish and swam from the break of dawn till dark. Only universal complaint was no drapes to mitigate afternoon sun in the main part of property. Otherwise, highly recommend this place for a family stay.

Summary: Just perfect! This clean, roomy, beautiful lake house had everything we needed and more. Every area was comfortable and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything from the shades to the hot tub to the kitchen appliances were high tech and easy to use. The fire pit, fishing dock/fishing poles, and kayaks also made for some fun memories. Check-in/check-out was easy and the house is close to the marina for any last minute needs. Not one time did we wish for anything different- it was just the best!

Summary: The property advertised sleeping for 14, but there were only 12 sleeping spaces described. When I questioned, I was told that there was an air mattress. Generally speaking, air mattresses do not count as sleeping spaces. When I checked the listing again, it had been changed to sleeps 12; however if you review the entire listing, there were still references to sleeping 14. Additionally there are not 14 places to eat. The table fit 8 and the kitchen counter sat 4. I booked this property because it slept 14 - but it is not truly able to house that many. Additionally, there is definitely not adequate space for parking. The parking is extremely limited and due to the severity of the incline going to the house, it is recommendable to leave the property going forward. That’s very hard to do as there is not adequate space to turn around. It’s a great house for a large family with a maximum of 12 people in two cars, three cars at most.

Summary: What a beautiful home and setting. The home is gorgeous, well appointed, organized, including terrific spaces indoors and out. The outdoor patio and hot tub accommodates a terrific experience outdoors in addition to the boathouse and dock, allowing one to park their boat there without having to trailer it back-and-forth. Highly recommended for those that want to spend time in a beautiful setting on Lake, Bob Sandlin.
