Summary: Cockroaches in the kitchen, Rat running in the hallway Washing machine not working properly, had to pay to get my clothes washed. Television didn't work properly until i left the hotel. Had to clean the microwave and fridge myself. Nice and supportive staff People from outside could see/look right into my living room which made me feel unsafe so I had to report and they covered the access point. I'd go there again if the service is improved upon but i need a refund for my inconvenience and discomfort. The restaurant staff weren't good.
