Negative: No breakfast or coffee or tea in lounge, no bins inside, nor in reception. Breakfast bar - always closed. Staff doesnt understand you. Mattress and covers with stains on. Didnt get the rooms i payed for, was meant to have deluxe but didnt. Was meant to have 2 rooms with 2 twin and double in each but didnt, only had double bed and one twin. No fridge, no seafront view. Didnt have toilets in reception like said on a sign. Family of 2 adults and 4 children to be seperated on 2 floors which wasnt nice to experience

Positive: It was a last minute decision to stay over in Weston after driving down to see some motor homes. It was only £35 for the night. Room was small but good enough and clean. Could have done either extra pillows. We didn’t check in until after 12 midnight as went for a drink in the town. There was a phone number to ring as we didn’t know how to get our key. Our call was answered very quickly and they sent someone to help us immediately, and they were very helpful. We went straight to bed. When we got up we hadn’t got any towels in our room. As time was getting on, we just got dressed and left. I think maybe this was an oversight as we didn’t book the room until about 6pm.

Negative: No parking and no towels

Summary: Overall, it suited our needs for the night and price was good. We asked at another hotel nearby and they wanted £100

Negative: The room was too small, my TV didnt work, they brought another TV which one 1 channel I could use. Stains on the floor. Electric socket very low on the floor when I bent down to use it I hit my head on the TV on the wall sticking out. I couldn't open the broke down dirty blinds. I had to keep asking for extra toilet rolls & tea and coffee. I had to ask them to empty my bin. They never went in to clean my room when I was out. No one?at 10am on Tues the 18th Nov as I needed to get them to lift my suitcase up 3 stairs to get into the lift. The quilt cover was shabby. 2 small pillows in 1 pillow case I had to as for for another 1 as they were too low.
