Positive: Location was great- walk/bike able to everything!

Negative: The stairs to entrance are like a ladder; the wooden handrail is weathered and will deliver splinters. People need to be aware of this so they can prepare shoes and luggage accordingly. Going up generally is okay, but descending is scary! Consider if taking a pet or child! Host was very slow to respond and forgot to bring up second comforter as promised; coffee maker and coffee provided, but no filters. And there was opened food in the fridge/cupboard, some of which was more than a year old.

Summary: If you love heights and are comfortable on ladders, you’ll find your jam.

Negative: No creamer for coffee. The bathroom floor was very cold most likely because it is at the entrance door.
