Summary: The area was very nice and community was great. The owner was very kind. But, there were no blankets, pillows, iron, very few plates, glasses, no cleaning supplies, extra TP, or broom. Small coffee pot and few cooking utensils. We spent a lot of money getting things to use to clean and accommodate the family for eating, sleeping, and we had to buy chairs to sit in on the patio for there was no outdoor furniture at all.

Summary: The house was immaculate, the appliances are new and worked great. As other reviews have highlighted, if you plan to cook, you will want to bring spices, foil, paper towels, ziplocks etc. Also, bring soap for the shower/tub. Linens are provided and the showers were squeaky clean. There was a rug in the living room and several pillows that made it cozier. The furniture was very comfortable. There also was some outside seating which was great. (I think this is new based on another review I had read before booking) The neighborhood was very quiet with a community playground within 1 block. All and all a great place to stay and was perfect for our family to gather.

Summary: Very beautiful home and plenty of space! It has everything we needed and more. Community amenities (pools, lounge areas, playground) were within walking distance and were amazing. Host was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend and would stay again!

Summary: This is an excellent location, very nice, safe neighborhood. A lot of nice walking paths in the area. Bring extra stuff- pillows, towels, food, coffee filters, board games, etc, when you come.

Summary: This house is located in a community, nice park, beautiful pool. The house has pretty big rooms. The main downside is that the house is not really well equipped nor well furnished. For instance instance, the house is marketed for 8 but the table can only sit 4. No outdoor furnishings either.

Summary: What a great stay! The house was even nicer than the pictures! Here are some positives: - excellent location, close to restaurants, groceries, and Disney! - owner was so friendly and welcoming! She met us there and did a whole walkthrough to get us familiar with everything - house was clean and very spacious! - pool area was amazing and we all enjoyed the hot tub after a long day Here are some suggested improvements to make it 5 stars: - there was only one tv in the whole house, which made it tough for our kids because they are 5 years apart and don’t have the same interests in tv shows - we had to leave our shoes in the garage, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have that heads up so we knew to bring house slippers because the floors on the whole bottom level aren’t carpeted so they can be hard on your feet and knees without any support - the house could use a professional deep cleaning. We noticed a few areas that had cobwebs - the backyard and patio are in desperate need of updating and TLC. There are weeds taking over and everything is dead. We didn’t spend any time out back because it was so run down - the kitchen could use some updated pots and pans, they are pretty old and stained and the handle on one of the frying pans is hanging by a thread - plan on buying any seasonings you need (even salt/pepper) if you’re planning on cooking as there are not any spices in the kitchen - maybe have some board games or a deck of cards for families to play with during their stay Overall we would love to come back and we had a great time!
