Positive: I was told the day before I came I would be notified, of how to get in. I had to email for the informationI was given to emails with two different instuctions, and the host said that never happen insinuating I wasn't telling the truth . The garbage cans in garage need to be cleaned out periodically. The stink in the garage was horrible even after we left out for garbage pick up. The place very near a busy street and is loud in. So takes some getting use to when going to bed. Also no wash clothes in the place. Would recommend them suppling some

Positive: Spacious, clean, close to restaurants. All laundry supplies included. Very nice decor with games and a very fun puzzle which our daughter loved.

Positive: The pool, pickleball courts, and gym were great. The house layout is nice, especially with three bathrooms.

Negative: The couch is garbage - worn and torn at the seams, recliners are janky, and it is not comfortable. The kitchen was missing a lot of essential items. There were no kitchen rags or oven mitts, measuring cups and spoons, or baking sheets. It made it very difficult to cook while we were there. It's also extremely loud next to the busy road. The downstairs TV is warped at the top making the picture a little distorted and the remote for the TV in the master bedroom does not work. The bunk bed is very wobbly.

Summary: Nice home with access to great facilities, but very loud by a major road and uncomfortable furniture
