Summary: Location was perfect, easy walk on the boardwalk to the beach. House is in great condition and perfect for large groups! We had 14 adults and everyone had a bed and a bathroom! Lovely amenities, private pool, pool table, corn hole, pool & beach toys. We will stay here again!!

Summary: We had an outstanding stay. Home was beautiful and pool and hot tub were great. Charlie was a great host and helpful throughout the stay. There is great access to the beach and nice views from the home. I liked that the family/ room and kitchen are on the third floor with very nice view of the ocean.
