Summary: They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. I asked him nicely to change my room and they refused they offered me another mountain view with a little bit of sea view. So I would not pay for the extra sea view room if I was you cuz he'll probably do it to you also. Other than that the staff was very friendly The bellman the people working in the restaurants and housekeeping all phenomenal. The kids playroom was great The restaurant and the buffet were unbelievable. I just really wish that they honored their word about the sea view room. Put a bad taste in my mouth
