Positive: The hotel is clean, with a wonderful atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff.Great pool nearby without any additional charge. The location is quiet and beautiful, not far from Jerusalem or Tel Aviv

Negative: My only critique is that I felt almost everything could be improved slightly to make the stay a 10/10. For example, having more than one plate in a room for four, better lighting on the paths between rooms, labeling on the soap dispenser (body soap or shampoo) would be great. These are minor points but important to make things better

Negative: We were missing soap in the room , we could not turn off light outside the house that disturbed sleeping, no phone to contact room service and no towel in the pool

Negative: Overpriced! The Hotel is far from any store. There is not even water in the rooms (during 38C heat wave). Turns out there is a swimming pool, but no one cared to tell about it. Breakfast starts at 9 a.m. , so if are traveling for business you would leave without even a cup of coffee.
