Positive: This bright and spacious apartment is ideally located just steps from the bus stop, offering quick and free transport to the city center. It features a cozy double bed in a bedroom overlooking lush greenery, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Reliable Wi-Fi and smooth communication with the host ensure a pleasant stay. All windows are well-shaded for added comfort.

Negative: Unfortunately, strong vibrations from the steel staircase are clearly audible from the duplex apartment upstairs. Maintenance could be improved — upon arrival, I had to fix a leaking tap in the kitchen and unclog a completely blocked shower drain. Due to the garage being used for other operational purposes, parking was relocated to the front of the building, which sadly resulted in damage to my vehicle by an unknown individual.
