Negative: The problem I had was not with Daumesnil but with Booking.com. Daumesnil sent the code to unlock the door to Booking.com the day of my arrival and you geniuses did not forward it to me until the day after when it was already past time to ckeck out, Fortunately even at 11 PM Daumesnil had someone to answer their phone and they came to help me get in. Next time I'll book directly through them and skip you.

Negative: We couldn’t get into the apartment for three hours! Wasting our entire afternoon due to code on the lock was given to us wrong. Also the key pad was out of battery. Host didn’t reply to email or phone calls. No elevator. Stairs has carpet that’s slippery making it hard to carry luggages up and down.
