Positive: The house was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving holiday on the Oregon coast. The house location is a stone's throw from the beach and the view was better than shown in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We are used to bringing our own stuff to supplement the usual lack of kitchen equipment and found we needed almost none of it. Also there was enough dining and living room seating for everyone which isn't always the case in vacation rentals. The top floor with the kitchen and living room areas got great daylight and has beautiful high ceilings. We would stay here again!

Negative: The bedrooms were a little small for 3 adult couples. Luggage stands would help tremendously in keeping the room more organized. Also hooks to help with towel storage (since the towels are all white no one wanted to use the bathroom hooks). This is also probably our fault but we didn't realize the townhouse shares a wall. We had a neighbor for the first 2 nights and there was a lot of sound transmission through the walls.
