Positive: The place is very quiet, far from the noisy and ugly town center, and surrounded by trees and nature. No traffic is listened at all. The hotel itself is also very quiet. The room is basic but comfortable enough to spend some days while exploring the nearby rain forests. The owner is very kind and helpful too.

Negative: The only things I missed were a washbasin with mirror and hot water in the shower, but given the warm temperatures in Kerala hot water is not so necessary.

Summary: Very nice place to enjoy this part of Kerana and its rainforests

Negative: The caretaker was a very rude guy, he called 11 pm night and asked for room payment before check out. And using some bad words. We are not staying the first time through booking. Com, but it was a very bad experience.

Positive: Lovely quiet green location near a river. Interesting room with a nice view. Excellent and responsive host

Negative: Odd bathroom (no basic so always water on the floor). No in-house catering so you have to order out

Summary: Excellent choice for leisure or work in or near Nilambur. Great value for money and good responsive host

Positive: It was a cozy and peaceful place,not far from kakkadan point but near to downtown.beatiful view from the room.The host was super cool and easy to check in
