Summary: Perfect weekend at this charming well loved and cared for property. Beautiful outdoor space with large patio and yard, beautiful landscaping and view over salt pond. Perfect for drinking coffee, reading a book, chatting with friends, watching the many birds, and kids games. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and homey and full of character. Obviously the site of many fond memories through the years. Perfect location - short walk to beach and short bike ride to Woods Hole or downtown Falmouth . Eva responded quickly to all our questions Highly recommend

Summary: My wife and I recently spent three nights at this property, and we loved every moment! The owner was incredibly helpful and communicated with us exceptionally well. Summary: Our group of 8 (family) had a great weekend in Falmouth. The location of the house was perfect, close enough to walk to Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops there. It was also a short walk to the beach which we really.enjoyed. We used the bikes and kayaks provided several times. The house was charming and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Summary: This is our second summer at this property. The close proximity to the beaches, bike path and the vineyard makes this an ideal location. This year we purchased a beach pass and discovered Wood End where you can go on long walks at low tide. This is now my favorite Falmouth beach. The house is clean, comfortable with access to bikes, kayaks and yard games. The host is responsive, I highly recommend at stay at this property.

Summary: I was turning 60 and after years of visiting my parents in Hyannis for our birthdays (they both passed before the pandemic) I wanted to be on the cape again. The house is truly special. The grounds are maintained well, but still have a cottage feel. We really enjoyed the patio and Adirondacks in the sun. The beach is minutes away; it’s a nice 30 minute walk to restaurants and shops. On a cloudy day we went to Nobska light and (2) gardens, Spohr and Hatfield Hall and gardens. We also visited The Knob. We were 5 adults over 60 (my sisters and their spouses) and all the walks were easy. I had the big bedroom that overlooked Salt Pond and it was spectacular and the bed was really comfortable! The other bedroom upstairs with (2) double beds was ok for adults- probably better for kids or singles. The bedroom on the first floor was lovely. I especially loved the outdoor shower- even in the rain! The kitchen was well appointed. We ate most meals at the picnic table on the patio watching the Osprey circle above. It really was quite magical. I would definitely return! The host was very communicative, as well I give it all stars!
