Positive: Fotis met us at the house and showed us everything the house had to offer. He had some kitchen basics for us with stuff to make sandwiches with, butter, coke, juice, coffee pods, and a couple bottles of wine! He was very polite and knowledgeable of the area. He offered to help with boat rentals and restaurant recommendations. We'll definitely be back!!

Positive: The pool was great. Rooms were very spacious, and there were great balconies on each floor. The owner was very kind and gracious. The seafood restaurant he suggested was absolutely fantastic!! The little personal touches were very nice!! The only suggestion and my own personal preference was that there was only 1 frying pan/skillet and 2 pots to cook with and no plastic ware for the pool area, 2 small trash bags were given 2 laundry tablets and 2 dishwasher tablets again personal preference with 6 people it was not enough for 2 nights.In all fairness, I also didn't contact him to ask for more of these items or gotten them on my own. With that in mind, we would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Positive: To start, the owners are exceptional hosts. They provided us with essentials to start our stay at this beautiful villa. The attention to detail is impressive from the cleanliness to the comfortable surroundings. The pillows and beds were extremely comfortable and every bedroom was spacious, each with its own bathroom. This is a must for a family with teenagers or three couples. Everyone had their private space. The beautiful pool area was also well thought out with the ample loungers and umbrellas. The location allows you to remain far enough from the crowds which ensures your privacy and tranquillity. However, you will not be too far from the main locations to visit. Lefkada town is less than 10 minutes away by car and the best beaches on the western coast are anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes by car, depending on your choice. You will not want to leave the villa and Lefkada.

Positive: The property is brand new. Everything is exactly as in pictures, I can say even better. The host is very, very kind, he surprised us with Romanian and Greek wine, soda, cheese and ham. The house was very clean, the pool was hygienized after 2 days, the rooms were cleaned after 3 days. The property is very close to Lefkas Town and you can arrive very fast by car to many fabulous beaches in Lefkada. This house is amazing, it is exactly what you need for a group trip in Greece, we truly recommend it!!!
