Negative: It was older in need of some tlc. I wasn’t a fan of all the stairs but that’s a necessity. I was unable to unlock the bottom portion of the house so my family all crammed into the top

Positive: The views...the setup of rooms...hot tub...n fully stocked..n the decks were a big plus!!!

Negative: There is nothing I can say bad about this place...for multi family it was perfect!!!

Positive: the pictures posted are misleading, you expect a four bedroom with one bathroom but when arriving we found three separate living spaces, each with their own bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. the whole family had a place to be comfortably. the walkway to the beach is steeper than youd expect and a three foot drop off at the end.

Negative: i think its rude you pay for a whole day but cannot check in until 5PM, then to make it worse the last day youre paying for ends at 11AM. you pay a grand plus for cleaning fee, but they ask you to wash your towels, bed sheets, and dishes. whats the cleaning fee for?
