Positive: New apartment, very well equiped, comfortable. Very quiet location near (10 min) by Bus station and metro, local market and restaurants. Owners were willing to prolong my chechout due to evening flight from Tbilisi.

Positive: This place is amazing ! My husband and I feel like home . Hosted Both husband and wife very nice ,friendly loving people. Very quiet place , also very, very clean . Kitchen have everything you need and more . You can cook like you at home . Bathroom was very clean and big . Mattress very comfortable , pillow also very comfortable. Everything work at this place . We really enjoy our stay thank you guys. Definitely will be back and rent this place again.

Positive: This is a quite new apartment. Therefore, it was clean and had beautiful interior. We even added two more nights because we liked it a lot. The host is very friendly and was a nice break from all the madness we experienced with the unfriendly Georgian people in Tbilisi.

Negative: The apartment is located a bit uphill the metro station Avlabari. We walked it several times and twice with all our luggage. The people refuse to give you a ride (taxi or marshrutka) when carrying some bags.

Positive: Newly renovated apartment, well furnished and great equipped (kettle, waffle maker, pizza cutter, vacuum cleaner, washing machine …) A/C worked well and it had a little yard which’s was perfect for having breakfast outside. Good lighting in all rooms and the shower was great with different strenght options. The host was really friendly, responsive and helpful. It looked clean. The location is fairly good, still a bit of a walk to the metro though.

Negative: We had some ants coming behind of the sink and at some point no hot water. In both cases, the host was very helpful, responded quickly and was over to help in within a couple minutes. Since it’s a little up the hill, the walking back from the metro at the end of the day was a bit of a challenge, but with a cab it worked well. There’s technically two rooms but there’s an open spit in the wall, so if you’re noisy or turn the lights on, you’ll see and hear it very easily. It’s a detail, but still might be good to know. Works well for the ac though in the second room.
