Located in the leafy Heritage Character listed fringe CBD Mort Estate, opposite the historic Clifford House and Gip’s restaurant, adjacent to Vacy Hall and only minutes walk to cinemas, restaurants and the Grand Central shopping centre, this ideally situated property is fresh from a full renovation for its 2020 opening.
Featuring all new luxury furniture and a full range appliances this three bedroom home includes a huge lounge and separate dining room catering for up to eight people.
Set on a corner block with a completely private, screen fenced, back yard incorporating a magnificent sun room, outdoor/barbecue area and off street parking for two vehicles with ample on street parking. It is the ideal inner city retreat.
Accommodation comprises a Queen bed master bedroom with large en-suite, a Queen second bedroom and a third with two King singles, served by a second bathroom which includes a large bath. In addition 2 fold away king single beds are available.
All bedrooms, lounge/dining and kitchen rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort.
Other facilities include unlimited high speed internet with Wifi throughout, large smart TV with Netflix, all the kitchen facilities and utensils you’d expect including an induction cook top, microwave and coffee machine, plus a range of pantry items to get you going. The laundry is equipped with a large front load washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, some washing powder and an external clothes line
