Positive: Spotlessly Clean, comfortable and a very considerate host/owner. Photos are acutely showing place. The owner, Saman is kindhearted and helpful. He’s drove us to the airport, picked us up from Negombo beach 🏖️ after we ate dinner and shared much wisdom with us. Many stairs, not a problem for us but for elderly person maybe an issue 🌻

Positive: Shiraz from Pakistan.The owner of the house named Suman and his wife were very cooperative. It was a brand new house. The room was very big and very nice and cleaner than I expected. The bathroom was also quite big and clean. The air conditioning was cooling very well, the sofa set and the dining table were clean. The view from the balcony was excellent. I found an atmosphere like my own home there. And it was close to the beach. The owner guided me about the tourist spots there.he gave me his bicycle for a local visit. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay at the same place if I go there again.

Negative: I'm Shiraz from Pakistan. I'm more than satisfied. Very peaceful like my own house .good value for the money . I found everything I needed there. I slept peacefully there . I miss the chirping of the birds and the cuckoo in the morning. highly recommend.
