Positive: For the number of days I stayed, it was the perfect amount of comfortability and space. The space is definitely designed for 2 people maximum and makes sense for the price point.

Negative: The entrance was located down a dimly lit alley, which made it a little worrying to enter at night. The walls were also a little thin so noise coming from the upstairs unit was a little loud.

Summary: Perfect for a couple of nights, and the price felt appropriate.

Positive: The bed is very comfortable. It's well lit and well heated in spite of being in the basement. The landlord let me have a friend for one night for free.

Negative: A 15 minute walk from the metro. The heating is a bit noisy. I asked the landlord for some cleaning products to refresh the bathroom myself, but they didn't provide them, in spite of a whopping $100 cleaning fee.
