Positive: New property excellent spacious rooms with wide balcony good for family and friends, the property includes Breakfast which is a buffet spread of mainly South Indian dishes, staff is very friendly and even the owner Mr Sharath.its very centrally located with access to all provisions, medicos, supermarkets and good restaurants around, easily accessible to public transport, it's only 10minutes walk to Surathkal beach, Overall a very pleasant stay

Negative: It's nothing that we didn't like since it's a new property amenities are evolving, staff strength needs to improve especially during busy days they are going to have their own restaurant soon , the work on which is carried on.
