Positive: Place is beautiful. Felt like home not a rental house. Well appointed. I highly recommend. One of the nicest vacation homes we have ever rented and we have rented a lot. Loved the amount of wood for the nice fireplace especially.

Negative: The only negative was the water in the hot tub was a bit cloudy and the hot tub had no privacy as the neighbors hot tub was just a few feet away with nothing in between
