Positive: Highly recommend this property just outside of San Marco. The location is perfect as the villa is by itself, without any surrounding properties. The views are stunning too. Its also very quiet there at night. We had some very solid 8 hours of sleep per night.

Negative: Nothing to complain about

Positive: Very quiet and calm area. Possible to walk around or hiking nearby. Beautiful views. House is nice, but not as good as in pictures. You can enjoy real nature! Be aware - when it gets stormy, stock up drinking water and food and lighter (for gas stove).

Negative: When the weather in cold, the house is also cold even there is heating system. It take 1-2 days to get house warmer. It's impossible to use firerplace. There is no sunbathing area in the garden, only BBQ area (stone). Kitchen equipment is poor.

Positive: Beautiful location, warm accommodation, flexible host, good facilities, hot water on demand, clean place, ensuite with every bedroom.

Negative: Beds were quite uncomfortable and it was difficult to get to sleep.
