Beautiful and high roof house with silent environment. You will feel your home away from your home. Really close to Orlando down town , 20 mins from the airport, 30 minutes to Disney, a mile away from the UCF, Valencia, SSC and full sail. perfect for out of state parents who are visiting their children. . 3 bedrooms 2 bath with big living room and kitchen. beautiful home with all the facilities you need. many restaurants and malls around the house. Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens just around the corner. More facilities than motel/ hotel would offer. Home is way more safer than hotel since it is in the neighborhood. a whole family can get together under one roof. Our
house's kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, and a meal-prep island and spacious living room bathes in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Summary: Great communication and checking. Needs touch up in painting, no decoration and did not feel inviting. Needs new furniture and linens. Needs new items for each guest. Lots of left overs such as dish sponge, soap etc.Great location and close to UCF and stores.

Summary: Utilitarian, great price and nice touches like coffee machine with supplies that accommodates both ground and k-cups. If unfamiliar with Orlando it is a bit out of the way. Make sure you get a sun pass to avoid nasty toll surprises .

Summary: Overall was nice. Only cleanliness issue was some random shoes and brooms around the property. Back yard is not accessible as far as cleanliness and organization. Was a beautiful house and inside was overall clean. Owner provided plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and waters. Only major issue was one of our guests woke up covered in Sugar Ants. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would stay again

Summary: Hubby & I were in the area visiting our college aged son for a couple of days. The property's location makes it an ideal and central base for most things on the East side of Orlando; and it was easy to access and get in & out of in terms of traffic. The photos of the property are highly accurate and depict exactly what you will get. Overall, we found the property to be a no-frills, comfortable & most importantly, clean property. We would have no qualms renting this property again in the future.

Summary: Very clean property in a nice neighborhood. Close to UCF and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't stay long but the kitchen is well equipped if you plan for longer stays,there is Publix nearby that you have to drive to.On the other hand, it was easy to communicate with the host.
