Summary: My husband and I had an amazing stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even extra toiletries and hand soap). The view of the Gulf was breathtaking. We watched dolphins and a manatee swim everyday. The building complex is very well taken care of, such a clean place. We’ve stayed at other condos on the West end of PCB, this was by far our favorite. The owners are wonderful as well. We highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We stay in this unit whenever we get a chance. Always clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The view is amazing. Close to Pier park for all your shopping needs. The communication with the owner is always with a quick response. Very accommodating

Summary: Communication with owners was amazing! Parking was easy! We never had to wait for an elevator and they were quick to the 14th floor. The entire property and condo were pristine, comfortable, and lovely. We saw beautiful sunsets, dolphins, stingrays, pelicans, etc. every morning while eating breakfast on the balcony. Restaurants, shopping, Historic St Andrew town, and Panama City Pier were very close and convenient. Beach access was fine but there are quite a few stairs. We were fine but not handicap friendly if you need ramp access.We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed the condo. It was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a much needed break from reality. Also, we appreciated that the beach lounge chairs were included.

Summary: My favorite condo unit to stay. My communication with the owner went perfectly. Had a schedule change and she was extremely accommodating. I am extra picky when it comes to clean and this unit is extra clean. That says a lot coming from me. It has everything you need in the unit. Beautiful views and excellent location. Gladly stay here again.

Summary: Everything was exactly as advertised. The owners very very responsive and jept us informed about anything that popped up. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing! We will be back!

Summary: Place is fabulous, clean, great location for beach access, friendly staff and owners, no maintenance issues, everything worked fine. Had one little hiccup with parking permit , wrong car registered by us, but was fixed.
