Positive: The owner Mr. Manish has been very nice.He printed my flight itinerary and allowed me to stay 2 hours after check out and was always asking me to leave a good review.

Negative: The property is nothing but a bakery. The office and storage area of 2 meters wide was converted into 2 interleading rooms with recycled boards. 1 with 2 bunks and the other a double bed. The mattress is folded fabric of about 10cm placed on old doors. The sheets were clean. The place is filthy and at night you can hear rats in the ceiling. Bathroom is shared with staff, and there is no hot water but it was boiled and provided. There is no garden or playground on enquiry I was directed 300 meters away and it was very unlikely. Mr Manish false advertisement makes it very difficult for the poor tourist but thanks for being kind.

The spotless room, fresh bedding, and clean bathroom made for a comfortable stay. The delicious food and reasonable price were great bonuses. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Andheri!
