Lots of light and open floor plan, fully remodeled 1913 single family home. Located in the heart of the Arts District in NE Minneapolis, there are 6 brewpubs within 6 blocks of this house. We are just blocks from a some of the best food in Minneapolis. Plenty of original and local art throughout. Full size premium hot tub and plenty of outdoor entertaining space. Plus it has a full size pool table and electronic dartboard in the basement We are 2 blocks from a couple of the best restaurants in NE and less than a mile from some of the best Ethnic restaurants on Central Avenue.
Plenty of room for entertaining; Dining room table for 6. Plenty of seating in the main living room as well and a 50" 4K Television.
The kitchen is set up for cooking with Stainless steel cookwear, quality knives and numerous small appliances.
Convenient to the busline and Uber to the light rail.

Summary: The house was perfect for our visit to Minneapolis. We were there to take in the Gopher football game and the location allowed us to enjoy the surrounding area and convenient to get downtown to the campus and stadium. The house had lots of room and everything needed for our weekend stay. Eric was easy to work with and answered any questions promptly. It made for a great weekend with family that traveled from multiple states to be together.

Summary: We had a group of 7 in the house and it was very comfortable. It's a great location for downtown Minneapolis activities. The basement is unfininished and smelled musty so we found it unusable but there was plenty of space on the main floor. Eric was quick to respond to any questions.

Summary: There was 8 of us and sleeping worked out wonderfully since it was a 4 bedroom. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner and a few bars. The beds were very comfortable. I would suggest explaining how AC machines work, only took us a couple minutes but woke up every morning hot. Also, it be nice for a full length mirror somewhere (8 girls getting ready). Overall had a great time and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Summary: We had a great time in this home. The beds are super comfy. The back yard was a lovely hang out spot. The dinning room table was a great size for playing games. It was fun to have a pool table and dart board but the basement does smell like a basement. 😋The upstairs front bedroom could use some curtains. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
