Negative: Rooms had maintenance issues. This was described as near the airport but was actually quite far away. Restaurant not very clean.

Positive: We liked the family room, which is located in the new section of the resort. The resort has a harbour to take the boat to Bunaken for snorkeling or diving, which is really convenient. We also liked the swimming pool

Negative: The service was slow and not good. Restaurant was really chaotic. The table clothes wete dirty like they have never been exchanged for a long time. The plates and cups have cracks here and there. In general, it is not well maintained. The location is far away from the city centre and no restaurants are in the surroundings. So, you always need to call for a taxi if you want to dine out (especially because the restaurant in the resort wasn't that good). Taki is also difficult to find as the resort is quite remote.

Positive: The hotel was nice and clean

Negative: The diving center was RUDE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER WHO WAS JAVANESE OLD GUY, VERY RUDE, ARGUING WITH HOTEL GUEST WAS UNEXCEPTABLE, WE RENT THE BOAT FOR WHOLE DAY FOR 2Million Rupiah BUT THE GUY WITH THE BOAT KEEP PUSHING US TO ENDED EARLIER AT 2PM and argued with me that we have to go back to the hotel? WHOLE DAY IS IT 9am to 2pm WHAT A SCAMMED….BEWAREEEE

Positive: Staff were excellent, front desk, restaurant and cleaning. Nothing was to difficult, helpful and friendly. Nice clean grounds. Good breakfast. And the best dive company in Manado.

Negative: Place is in dire need of renovation, as much as the staff try something's they just can't do. Horrible smell of septic from bathroom, sometimes unbearable. Nice big rooms, beautiful building but always something broken off or not working, like no water pressure in bathroom. Such a shame as the place has so much potential.

Negative: The bathroom is dirty with smell ; and towels have a smell too. And the meals in the restaurant take 1 hour plus !

Positive: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. So are all common areas so you can take a break from Manado heat at NDC. The pool do the job, you can actually do some swimming workout here. Location is close to Manado, so if you are looking for remote naturę close resort and a white beach choose something else. BUT there is really nice garden and a jetty overloocking the sea, wirh great sunset views. To sum up, 8-9, for the special price we had at booking.com.
