Positive: Great property, made us super welcome, loved the breakfast, drinks and dining (awesome food). Sauna a great surprise, great relaxing space. Took a tour, not overpriced but very well organized. Room very comfortable.

Negative: The sea view blocked by the marine office. Others had better sea views. But it was ok

Positive: Ok it’s a very nice hotel and I liked it. It’s super pricy however. I never feel comfortable paying that much. The cost is over the charts. I want to thank Patricio at the front desk for helping me out when my Latam flight ( worst airline ever) canceled our flight. Thank you Patricio. He was really kind and helped me out to call Latam with his phone! That was super kind. The breakfast is very good and there is a huge spread. I loved breakfast. The pool is lovely. The cleaning crew was attentive and the gals who knocked my door everyday in pm to ask if I needed anything were really kind. Thx!!! I loved the sweet stray dogs and one in particular. I’ll miss that dog.

Negative: If you put someone in the furthest rooms, you should either provide water everyday or put a water machine close to those farthest away from the reception area. It’s a hike for water Also the vents below the sliding doors should be sealed so there is no gaps to prevent any roach from coming inside. At this price point that’s required. I had a big roach on day 2. Also I never got my welcome necklace and my free water bottles. I had to ask for them. This should not happen again at this price point. The hotels and hostels on this island are really bad so I recommend splurging if you can.

Positive: Breakfast and dinner are amazing. The structure is located near the seaside providing a really good view of the ocean. Rooms are large and with style. The hotel also provides a wide variety of half day tour and other services like transfer from/to the airport and rent services for scooter/cars.
