Summary: We stayed in a beach unit. Beautiful views, great room, and really nice staff. There was a small island next to the beach you could jafak or SUP to. Great snorkeling too

Summary: Room was clean, albeit getting a little tired. Staff were very helpful. View from room was stunning but water near beach was very rocky. Resort offers weddings but has only one restaurant so on wedding days other guests are only offered room service and restricted use of other areas. Only one day of our stay was affected but there were two more weddings in the week after we left. Had we known well in advance we would have cancelled and booked another resort. The resort did eventually offer some compensation for the disruption.

Summary: We had a brilliant 16 night stay at Nautilus. Everyday was like a dream. The staff at Nautilus are brilliant. Waka collected us from the airport, gave us some island tips and also took us to a local rugby game! Mahea, Tia and Doniel at the reception were always warm, welcoming and helpful. Make sure you go and see Anna at the spa - she is excellent at massage, facial and pedicure! Justine, Rho and Calessi were great in the restaurant. The stand out staff member for us was Janet. Each and every time Janet saw us she made us feel like family. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she looked after us spectacularly. Nautilus are lucky to have her! Brilliant spot on Muri Beach with access to kayaks, snorkels and paddle boards. Our Beachfront Are was fabulous with our very own plunge pool and just a few steps from the beach! Great comfy bed, air conditioned with a huge bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary here and will definitely be back in the future!

Summary: The whole experience was absolutely amazing, fron the moment we arrived and was greeted by Grace both her and all the staff from hospitality to facilities maintenance could not have been better, we were treated like royalty! When i had an accident whilst there they made sure transport was hand for meattend all my health and dental appontments with the catering team even cooking me off menu meals aa i was struggling to eat, I cannot praise the resort and the Staff highly enough.

Summary: The Nautilus is a beautiful place to stay. Nice and quiet and clean. Everything is in walking distance. Just need more variety on the menu for the restaurant as you feel like your eating the same stuff everyday. Need more fresh fruit everyday. You need to get ideas for the menu of the Pacific Rarotonga. As they had an amazing menu specially for dinner.
