Positive: The territory is green and well cared. Bungalow is nice, however it looks more fashionable at the pictures. Among pluses are washing machine, coffee machine. Breakfast was fantastic and very rich. Our friends liked sauna and hamam. My husband had massage and enjoyed it.

Negative: The hotel is overpriced. Swimming pool looked attractive, however the water was too cool to swim.

Positive: Beautiful location, staff are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Cumali was very friendly and helped us organise airport transfers and gave helpful advice on things to do. Room was spacious and very comfortable. 10/10 We plan to come back!

Positive: Perfect stay! The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and quiet with everything we needed to relax. Staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was exceptional, with new dishes to try every day. A few minutes walk to the beach where they have comfy sun loungers laid out. There are restaurants nearby and also in town which is only a 20 min walk away. We liked being slightly out of town as it’s quieter! Really great to be able to use the spa facilities too.

Positive: Everything was perfect here: 1) the room - it was different from the pictures but still very stylish and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine 2) the hotel territory is green, quiet and full of trees 3) the spa zone is great: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, with a shower room and everything needed for a visit 4) breakfasts were excellent: tasty and enormous) 5) the full personnel team was very helpful and friendly: manager Isay was ready to complete any request at any time, and all ladies from the kitchen and cleaning service as well. And they speak Russian very well) 6) the location is just in front of the beach and they provide sunbeds and towels. There are also 2 markets just in 2 minutes walk and a school with playground just around the corner I can strongly recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Cirali and will consider it for my further stays with family.
