Negative: We booked a one bedroom with a pull out couch. When we got to the property there was no pull out couch just a standard couch. The host was more that gracious and allowed us to stay the night and seek other accommodations with a full refund. Outstanding customer service. Her understanding was greatly appreciated. I would book again from her.
