Positive: We liked the two bedroom 2 bath! The front desk was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. We were given a parking spot in the garage. We were only a couple of blocks from the train. We asked for an extension of a few hours on the check-out time, and we were accommodated. Dog friendly, too!

Negative: We had no complaints.

Summary: It was an A+ stay!

Positive: We are reviewing Meridian at Ballston because we were shifted there instead of National at Courthouse that we had booked and paid for. Location of alternative property had easy access to metro and local dining. Very clean and well appointed.

Negative: Terrible communication from National. They changed our location to further out of city at the last minute, without any consultation or offer of refund. Informed only by a set of instructions sent, which didn't work when we got to the apartment. When we tried to contact them about anything our messages were ignored.

Positive: We didn't stay at National Courthouse - we were moved to an apartment in Ballston and had to rent a car. Parking space assigned had a giant concrete pillar in the middle of it.

Negative: The booking agent was very nice, but we asked for our costs to be covered for renting a car as we were now 2 miles from our work and family we were in town to visit and couldn't walk. Booking has not responded.

Summary: Okay - but Booking has been non-responsive.

Positive: Virginia towers was amazing!!! Close to the metro which was super important for us…… absolutely beautiful building….. nice gym….. relaxing areas….. pool table.. the welcome treats were a nice gesture……

Negative: White sheets are nice but if they are stained it kind of makes for a question of how clean….I work in an operating room where cleanliness is huge….. it was a small stain I let it go…. It was good to have a washer….. second….. all of us who stayed were family… my dad has his own room and my niece and I shared a the other room…. But her and I have totally different sleeping habits…. So one of us had to use the pull out….. the mattress was awful….. you could feel the springs….. maybe just a little better quality mattress would be an idea

Summary: While there were minor issues….. this was an amazing place and def would stay again
