Summary: The national nine has large rooms and comfortable beds but they need to not fill the rooms with so much furniture it's too crowded

Summary: Everything is old (70s) but clean. Except for the chairs, they are very stained. Definitely recommended for overnight rest. I stayed as a mid point from Chula Vista to Berkeley.

Summary: I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to share my experience at the National 9 Inn I-5. This place has quickly become one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The staff, especially the manager and the people in the office, are absolutely amazing! They were so helpful, kind, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. You can tell they care about their guests, and that made all the difference. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and very clean. Everything felt well taken care of, and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area—perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. If you're passing through or need a restful place off the I-5, I highly recommend staying here. The hospitality and comfort really make it stand out oh yeah and the price is super affordable !

Summary: Check in easy and attendant was very nice for a late checkin! Bed comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the TV selections.
