Positive: Conveniently located right off the highway. Nice little continental breakfast in a small, clean dining room included in the price.

Negative: First floor rooms facing the road were a little bit noisy at night.

Positive: Clean, quiet, and while really way out in the desert, exactly where I needed it to be. Bed was comfortable (though pillows too soft) and I appreciated the ability on the HVAC unit to run the fan all the time. Bathroom furnishings were sparse but adequate, good shower flow. Breakfast offerings were coffee, pastries, and cereals. Nearby Willow Ranch restaurant serves good food with very friendly staff. Plenty of car refueling options, with a Tesla charger at the nearby Buttonwilow race track.

Negative: Nothing in particular. It was a good clean room at a reasonable price.

Summary: Clean, Quite, Available, Priced Reasonably.

Positive: Everything was satisfactory have stayed there twice before it’s a quick over night stay no-frills a comfortable bed. We did not stay for breakfast but have stayed for breakfast in the past. Small and simple just get back on the road again.

Negative: Not enough coffee in room, no accompaniments to coffee, i.e. creamer, sugar, stir sticks, napkins. No trash can in main living area.

Positive: The air conditioner was great!!! The bed was comfy and the shower wasn't to bad.

Negative: It is really ran down. Needs lots of updates on everything. Needs paint and new amenities.
