Negative: For those who don't have a car, it's a little far from the city center. For those who will stay for a long time, it is a downside to not having a washing machine.

Negative: Nearby air conditioner/fan noise noticeable all night (ours was turned off).

Positive: Only stayed for a single night, but getting into the apartment was really easy and straight forward. The host reached out early with all information necessary to check in. The room was very clean and even though not being huge it is well equipped for even longer vacations. The neighbourhood is quiet at night so we had a great sleep.

Negative: The parking situation is challenging. There are 4 parking spots in front of the building that are easy to use and the rest of them are situated upside the hill which can surprise drivers who are not used to park into small places. As you arrive to your room, the hall is equipped with a motion detection lamp, which is awesome in the first 5 minutes when you have no idea where is the switch for the lamp, but after that it becomes less and less useful. For example, if you are travelling with your partner and one of you decides to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room is going to light up. The tolerance of the motion detection is also fairly sensitive, even a fly was able to trigger the lamp in the middle of the night for us. It would be great to have the option to turn off that lamp once you settled in the room.
