Positive: The chalet was very spacious and had a great patio basically next to the bush. The outdoor shower was an absolute winner. The lodge was able to arrange a sunset trip to the Makgadigadi pans which was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A must stayover if you are on your way to Francistown or Kasane

Negative: The pre-ordering of dinner leads to dinner being served even before the wine.

Summary: Nata Lodge is something special.

Positive: Nice facility. Comfortable. Restaurant was good. Staff was very good, especially Ointi, a very friendly and welcoming waitress.

Negative: The bed was two twins beds made up separately and pushed together. Unacceptable for a married couple who love each other. Bird sanctuary was disappointing.

Positive: The aesthetics were beautiful. It's very well laid out and comfortable.

Negative: The staff were mediocre at best. They would get my details wrong on the paperwork, not having my basic details correct. This was both when I checked in and checked out. The staff were friendly but hardly acted like they wanted you there, which made the experience a little damp.

Positive: Parking next to our chalet. Comfortable room with plenty of space. A tube of mosquito repellent was provided as well as a net over the bed . Good choice of food in the restaurant. Inviting swimming pool.

Negative: Everything was fine.
