Summary: We arrived late on a Thursday night, and the host was more than accommodating. When we got up the next morning to explore the space, we were beyond impressed with the pool and location. The apartment itself was beyond clean, very comfortable, and an incredible deal when faced with the "Do I get a hotel room or VRBO?"We LOVED relaxing poolside (very family friendly, but also enjoyable traveling without our little nuggets) and everything from DoorDash to Uber made our stay easy. Since we were coming from almost 10 hours away and had no interest in driving anywhere for a wedding weekend, that was a big plus; just be aware, the apartment number is the same as the address, so clarify in your delivery notes. If we ever find ourselves in the Concord/Kannapolis area again, we'll look to stay here first for sure!

Summary: The location for our purposes of visiting family was perfect, but the road noise was not. Maybe some light blocking curtains in the bedroom would have also helped with the morning light coming in. Condo was very clean!

Summary: This is a return stay, it honestly will probably be my go to property when I boat the Charlotte area… located near plenty shopping and resturaunts.. located secs away from interstate but in a clean and quite community, inside is clean and very cozy with mordern decor

Summary: We stayed here the weekend of the 27th of April. Our host was very informative on how to find and access the unit. The place is right next do to a lot of food places and shopping. The place itself is very nice, The decor is simple but beautiful and it ties the place together. Basic items were made availa to us.As far as I noticed the neighbors are very peaceful. The only note I have, and this has nothing to do with the apartment or the host, is that a major road is right outside the window, and cars are always racing on it so of it's a busy time of year you'll hear it. Other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay for vacation

Summary: Great place to stay if you’re going to the speedway. Close to the mall as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Check in was very easy. Communication from the host was very good, always a quick response when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: If you're looking for a great stay for 2 or even a weekend trip this listing is perfect. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. There were nice touches such as additional blankets and a few additional items in the bathroom such as makeup cleansing clothes, toothbrushes, etc. We were also very close to Charlotte which was nice because we could go there and come back to less traffic at this location.

Summary: If I would have realized I was renting an apartment, I would not have rented this spot as a personal preference. I am not sure how this rental is being allowed to be rented out in an apartment complex. Typically, these are not owned by individuals like in huge cities. That was my first red flag when I showed up. The place was nice and clean as expected. One of the reasons I am dissatisfied is due to parking issues at the apartment complex. Notified the rental property that a friend and I were staying to work the music festival and we were provided 1 parking pass. One of our vehicles received a tow boot and had to pay One Hundred and eight dollars to get it taken off. Property managers stated it was our fault for not notifying that we needed an additional parking pass. There were no house rules/no housekeeping notes or anything in the apartment - which could have saved me the One hundred and eighty on my truck to retrieve back if they would take the time to put some house rules and house keeping lists in their rental. WILL NOT RENT HERE AGAIN
