Our Narrawallee Beach House is a large 5 bedroom home in a perfect location for your next family holiday, with just a short flat walk across the reserve to pristine Narrawallee beach.

The beach is patrolled in summer and is fantastic for kids to play in the protected south end. There is a lovely children's playground/BBQ area across the road and an tidal inlet at the end of the street. Narrawallee beach is patrolled in summer.

Summary: Loved staying in this well equipped and very comfortable home, in a good location with only a short walk to the beach and lake. The owner was very accomodating with our need to change the dates on two occasions because of the fires and then covid.

Summary: We had a wonderful family holiday at Sands. It accommodated everyone from grandparents (us) to small children very happily. The beach really is right across the road as well as a great playground. The fishing is very good at the inlet too, providing much entertainment for children and adults alike. The house is very comfortable and attractive, with lots of living space as well as bedrooms. The beds are new and comfortable too. We will definitely stay at Sands again.

Summary: We stayed at the house over Xmas 2016. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the house had been renovated and that it had a great new kitchen and family area. Great house for a family gathering as there was plenty of space on 2 levels with 2 separate sitting areas. Would highly recommend this house.

Summary: It was such a great property with a little parents retreat, spacious rooms and heaps of bathrooms and I loved the size of the back yard for the kids the pool table and ping pong table was an added bonus Highly recommend this property easy walk to shops and beach

Summary: Position opposite reserve leading to beach is good, but house poorly equipped especially for 2 families (in our case 5 adults and 4 young children). There was no dishwasher, no dining table that seated us all, only 1 digital TV upstairs, and 1 DVD player that was not working (one of the owners came and took it away but didn't replace it while we were there). Not enough blankets meant that the children slept either under sheets or doonas that were more suitable for winter. The stickless frying pan was totally wrecked and we had to buy another. The chopping boards needed replacing. The kitchen implements were very basic eg the kitchen scissors were useless. There was very little kitchen cupboard space as the owners had locked half the pantry space for their own use. The rooms with single beds had no bedside table or bedside light. Downstairs there was a kitchen sink, but no kettle or crockery, or wastepaper bin. In summary, it's a very basic 5 bedroom house in good proximity to the beach and park.

Summary: Our stay at Sands was great! It is a lovely, clean, comfortable house, with everything you need to have a great holiday. The location is perfect, right across the road from the patrolled beach and park. We will definitely be back!
