Summary: Best staff of all the hotels during the 2 weeks in Japan. The Onsen is excellent as well. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night!

Summary: The hot springs and overnight guest lounge were nice. The hotel does need a remodel but the staff were amazing and super helpful, especially their English speaking staff. One in particular, he was extremely helpful to my elderly parents.

Summary: Quite possibly the most welcoming front desk in all of Japan. They went out of their way on more than one occasion to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and really showed they are passionate about the hotel and their guests.
