Positive: This is a really nice apartment, i stay here for one week and i feel it conformable, clean, good internet connection, with very good location, have everything you need for your stay for many days and the attention from the host is exceptional, The host communicates with you from the first day to know if everything is okay and if you have any request, he is very quick to resolve it.I would repeat here again in the future Thanks for the nice stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: Near the city centre and old town. Near shops and eateries.
Negative: Wish the locality was better described. I could not find the street easily, hampered by the tram line being constructed on the street. An updated description of the location via photos could have gone a long way

Positive: 👍-location-it's really near the old town center in an old building with high ceilings. Entrance is with a code. It has cosy beds with clean bed sheets. The appartment has all the basics for a few days-all the kitchen equipment, even a coffee maker, a toaster, a microoven, an iron and a hairdryer, two TVs, towels. It was very warm, great for a winter vacation.
Negative: 👎- It wasnt properly cleaned, which is the worst part for me. Some of the equipment is old - the stove, the table, the chairs. There are some curtains hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen and you cant cook properly. There isnt a single knife in the apartment. There was sugar in some bowl in the cabinet and some strange dry plants in other cabinet. The water from the pipes was brown, but before we left it became clearer.

Positive: terrific location by the scenic and artistic part of Graz
Negative: Entry was chaotic. I had received 4 requests for passport info. After the 2nd one I added screenshots, including the message that the info had been successfully sent. When we were walking towards the apartment, I got a message saying that we could not be admitted without submitting our info. I insisted that everything had been submitted, whereupon I was told it was fine and we could enter with codes put into the key app. They did not work. We communicated; new codes were sent. They never worked completely and the host's alternative method had to be used. I never received an apology or an explanation. There was a note inside the apartment saying that if you used extra bedding it would be assumed you had had an overnight visitor and would be charged extra. The pIace was new but cheaply done, with, for example, a badly installed toilet seat and a curtain for the stove that got in your way if you tried to cook. I certainly will not stay there again.
Summary: entry very problematic and apartment, though clean, with problems and unhelpful rules
