Positive: The staff reached out ahead of time and offered assistance with recommendations and were very helpful every step of the way. Great hosts, the location is right next to the archeological museum and very walkable to the old district and metro line. Would stay here again for sure.

Positive: The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The room was great, everything was new and clean, great shower too. Walking distance to the museum.

Negative: I wish it had an elevator, there were lots of stairs. The outside door was a little too interesting, tiny door to go through that was part of a huge door.

Summary: Wonderful location, staff was extremely welcoming & helpful & it was the best bed for me in Italy.

Positive: The B&B was very clean and comfortable and Erika was extremely helpful and communicative. The location was very convenient as close to the Museum and a Metro station, yet very quiet at night as in a small side street. Would recommend!

Negative: Some people might struggle on the stairs with heavy luggage.

Positive: A fantastic location, room was spotless and with little extras such as mini bar and toiletries. Erica was an absolute diamond arranging our taxi to and from airport.She is super friendly, and honestly so helpful.

Positive: The owner is extremely friendly! I only stayed for one night so I don't have too much insight but I was a bit nervous to be travelling by myself as a female in Naples and she has given me a lot of reassurance and help.

Negative: Maybe the location - but it's not the hotel itself but museo is a bit chaotic. If you want to stay in this area then this is fab.

Positive: This apartment was awesome. The area around made us a little concerned but it was very safe and once you got up to apartment it was amazing. Air conditioning worked well. There was a small balcony which we could hang some washing. Water and sparkling water machine just outside our room. Coffee machine as well. Breakfast was average but it was good and really all we needed. Erica was exceptional so welcoming and there for us anytime. I would recommend this apartment very much.

Negative: Nothing as everything was great.
