The second guest bedroom has a queen sized pull up sofa couch and a 42" flat screen TV.
You can walk or bike to 4 great waterfront restaurants located right on the island, as well as local marinas for boat and kayak rentals. Nearby Marco Island offers endless shopping, dining, beaches, and water sports, all just minutes away. Once you discover our island life, you will never want to leave!

We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about. Being here is like having front row seats at Sea World. You never know what you will see and anything is possible.
