Summary: Stayed for 2 nights. Overpriced very dated hotel in need for seriouse remodling or drop in price. You will only see the horizon from your Water view room. You can always use the public parking next door for 10 dollars a day and take the same free tram to the beach, bring your own chairs and umbrella or rent the from the hotel staff. Food absoultly nl

Summary: Pool area was crowded and the pool water was dirty. The service was good but slow by the pool. Rooms are dated and needs to be updated. The beach is nice and the tram service is convenient. The hotel is ok but there are much better options in the area.

Summary: I have stayed at the Naples Grand many times over more than two decades. I like staying in the casitas that are separate from the main hotel. The condition was quite worn down this time. The tub was peeling and water stopper did not work. Check in desk clerk offered us no assistance with luggage for a second floor stay. Hotel was not quite up to its normal Grande experience.
