Positive: Outstanding in every way. The location and the property are gorgeous and inspiring. The rooms are spacious, private and very comfortable. The hotel is located on a quieter part of the Island and while it is not walking distance to the main village it is close to beautiful nature jams, such as 'ponta das caracas', 'praia do Leao' and 'praia do Sancho'. The food and the restaurant are excepcional. We stayed in other places in Noronha, and ate in several highly rated restaurants but Nannai's restaurant was superlative. And the PEOPLE are a constant highlight in this place. Russell and Ana gracefully took care of each detail of our stay from the moment we booked, until the last minute. Russell is phenomenal. The hotel staff is a group of kind, professional and competent individuals, who give you a sense of family. From the restaurant, or the pristine gardens, the vegetable garden, the driving, everyone naturally blended into our experience, and were constantly making everything feel pleasant and relaxed. Edilson, Leandro, Amanda and everyone at the staff were part of our experience.
