Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. They initially gave us two rooms which were super stuffy and upon our feedback, immediately assigned us another two rooms with windows. Very prompt service recovery. Location was excellent with shopping mall's and food nearby.

Negative: Hotel didn't have Aircon during winter season according to them. Hence if the rooms don't come with windows u can open, the ventilation is zero and you are practically staying in sauna. So be sure to check on the rooms they assigned. Hotel is a little old in general. Also, the bath area is at the front door with no segregation so when bathing, no one else can go in and out of the room which is a little inconvenient.
