Positive: Location was great - about a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Most of Nanjing’s scenic spots are accessible by metro so it’s super convenient being close to a station. It’s also right beside Deji shopping plaza, which has a lot of good restaurants.

Negative: The furnishings are slightly older than other hotels I’ve stayed at that are of similar rating, but it didn’t impact the stay so not a big deal.

Positive: Excellent location , helpful staff . I had a room with a small kitchen , which was very handy.

Negative: Breakfast was very chaotic . The usual coffee shop is being renovated , so guests were squeezed into small rooms elsewhere . The staff are trying their best in the circumstances but it’s quite stressful for them too .

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. They initially gave us two rooms which were super stuffy and upon our feedback, immediately assigned us another two rooms with windows. Very prompt service recovery. Location was excellent with shopping mall's and food nearby.

Negative: Hotel didn't have Aircon during winter season according to them. Hence if the rooms don't come with windows u can open, the ventilation is zero and you are practically staying in sauna. So be sure to check on the rooms they assigned. Hotel is a little old in general. Also, the bath area is at the front door with no segregation so when bathing, no one else can go in and out of the room which is a little inconvenient.
