Positive: A spacious place in a very central location. Lovely hosts! Clean and comfortable.

Negative: The building is located in a night life area of town and the entrance (a hidden elevator) as well as the exterior can seem a bit seedy. But luckily it's not that bad when you get inside. However it will be noisy during the night. I also found the beds lacking sheets a bit funny, but they were comfortable. I missed more towels though.

Positive: Great location right in the middle of Tenmonkan with many bars and restaurants, nice hosts and clean place. I found the futons comfy.

Negative: The balcony was very dusty and the rails for hanging clothes were v dusty - it could do with a good clean. I had to clean the rails so I can hang my washing. Not a big problem. It was nice to have the balcony space and nice views over city.

Positive: Convenient location in the entertainment district. Delightful staff, who accepted my luggage sent in advance and had it ready in my room when I arrived. Helped me get a taxi when I checked out. I enjoyed my stay at NanEi Building.

Negative: At night there are sometime loud noises as the lower floors are karaoke bars.
