Positive: You cannot ask for a better location. In middle of dense forest, away from civilisation, the resort is a serene comfortable hideaway filled with helpful staff and smiling faces. The drive from Rampur to the resort is as adventurous as it beautiful. Watch out for deers when you drive through the jungle.
Negative: NA
Summary: Comfortable, adventurous, fun, occasional animal spotting

Negative: Everything was great. Just a small feedback on Buffett that it can be managed a bit better. Rest everything was awesome.

Positive: The location is inside the forest crossing Sita Abi gate and the road to it was wonderful . It’s located in a pristine area surrounded by forests and a beautiful walking area to breathe fresh air . The resort is beautifully made and looks extremely stunning in the evening when the chandeliers are lit . We were there during Diwali and the property looked beyond beautiful with its decoration . You will love the cuisine served there . There is variety and taste in all of it . The dining area too is beautifully designed . The assets like a swimming pool at that location is not expected but it’s there and wide enough for a leisure lap and dive in this location . There is spa facility and other services too . The most important part is the employees who really took care of us , our needs and wellness . They went beyond and out to see we were fine , happy and looked after . The manager was well in communication , the property helpers - Manish , Varun , Arjun and many more were so well trained and worked from their heart understanding out requirement whatsoever . One must be advised that there is NO mobile network in this location but the multiple facility which is very good in the property helps in keeping in touch with anyone . I was contacted by the owner himself to know whether all went fine and that is the touch of an outstanding legacy Mr. Ruby Singh has established for the reasons he built Nanau . Thanks to his son Keerath who also was in touch for the well being of our family. The hospitality is beyond words can express .
Negative: The bed mattresses are too spongy for anyone to be comfortable . Overweight people slip from it and myself, am not used to such soft beds . I would advise the property owners to take a look at the bed mattress and perhaps do the needful changes .
Summary: A stunning stay amidst the forest !
