Positive: Apartment is in a great location/ neighbourhood. Nice restaurant up the road from it. Our room was on the first floor , which was very difficult to access with luggage because of a steep stairwell. We were woken very early by the front door to the apartment block banging followed by the noise of leaving cars driving over gravel. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the experience.

Negative: They could put a soft closing latch / restrainer on the front door. Remove gravel from front drive.

Summary: Good location , but apartment was pricey for what you got

Positive: We were super comfortable. The residence is above the lake, the rooms are spacious and the staff made us feel at home. Hope to return in the future

Positive: nice location at a lakefront, comfortable studio with all amenities. We enjoyed cycling in the area (lakes, forest) and visiting Amsterdam, which is only 20 km away. It was also enjoyable to sit outside on the terrace and have dinner there.

Negative: There is no one at the reception. Kitchen poorly equiped (e.g. no chopping board). I didn't mind the restaurant next door, but if you want total quietness, this place is not suitable for you.

Positive: Easy check in process

Negative: Rather an apartment complex than a hotel. A restaurant 20m away with loud party until 2am. Very noisy also inside the building. you can hear the tap of the neighboring guest apartment and the toilet flushing. The wooden stairs directly outside the apartments are very loud, as are the doors. Resort: This is not a protected term, but I advise guests to check before booking whether the accommodation's facilities really meet their expectations of a resort.

Summary: Apartment with proper interior. Noisy.
