Summary: Breakfast excellent. Bar staff a bit slow but they got there! We had a great stay meeting up with friends. Restaurant staff coped well with us and we really appreciated the guy coming out into the gardens with menus and then calling on us to say the food was ready. Very proactive. Would come back.

Summary: Perfect location but the decor is a little tired plenty of staff but service at both dinner and breakfast was very slow and disorganised. The leisure facilities need an urgent upgrade.

Summary: The bedroom was comfortable and clean. We stayed two nights and used the pool both days. The poolside was a bit uneven and the floor felt like the stone was brittle. We had a meal in the restaurant on the first night which was very good, the bar meal on the second night was ok but there weren't a lot of tables or seats to eat at. We had breakfast included so too advantage but it was probably the worst breakfast I have had in a hotel. Over cooked and dry hash brown (only one) the same for the half slice of black pudding, my wife's omelette was not properly mixed and all the filling was at one side and the scrambled egg was swimming in water, baked beans had the distinct skin of being kept warm. Staff were very helpful and polite.
